Job Description

岗位职责：

1、 协助区域销售经理管理好泰国销售团队，督促团队完成销售目标；

2、 协助区域销售经理完成市场巡查，客户拜访，谈判等日常工作；

3、 完成部分与总公司对接工作和部分文职工作；

4、 协助区域销售经理管理完善整个团队运作，及时发现问题，解决问题。

工作要求：

1、基本泰语沟通，如果你泰语能力不够没问题，学习能力一定要强；

2、两年左右工作经验，有销售经历这可以加分，优秀的应届生也可投递；

3、本科学历 ，本岗位需要具备一定的理解能力及数据分析能力；

4、高度责任感，靠谱；

5、工作区域前期在曼谷以外的某一个府。

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Regional Sales Manager in managing the sales team in Thailand and ensure the team meets its sales targets.
  2. Support the Regional Sales Manager in routine tasks such as market inspections, client visits, and negotiations.
  3. Handle certain tasks related to coordination with the head office as well as some administrative duties.
  4. Assist the Regional Sales Manager in managing and optimizing team operations, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

  1. Basic communication skills in Thai. If your Thai skills are not strong, thats okay, but you must have a strong learning ability.
  2. Around two years of work experience. Sales experience is a plus, but outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  3. Bachelor's degree, with good comprehension and data analysis skills required for this role.
  4. High sense of responsibility and reliability.
  5. The initial work area will be in a province outside of Bangkok.
