Job Description

The Management Trainee is responsible for the:

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards, managing daily dine-in and take-home operations, and supporting sales growth through customer engagement and client relations.
• Assists in operational and cost efficiency assessments, oversees workforce management including hiring and scheduling, and handles administrative tasks such as reports and permit processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Food or Business-related course (Fresh grads welcome)
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Effective oral and written communication
• Can work well under pressure
• Willing to work shifts and long hours
