Job Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and driven Management Trainee to join our team. This role is designed to provide cross-functional exposure across departments, enabling candidates to develop strong business fundamentals and leadership capabilities.

The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in operations, client coordination, process improvement, and business analysis while working closely with senior team members.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA
Experience: Fresher or 1+ Year experience
Preferred Qualification: Any Management Degree

Responsibilities:

• Undergo structured training across multiple departments
• Assist in developing and implementing policies, performance goals, and business objectives
• Prepare reports, projects, and presentations for internal reviews
• Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Work with established client accounts and support coordination efforts
• Observe and collaborate with experienced team members to understand business processes
• Gain exposure to organizational functions, operational standards, and company policies
• Maintain records and documentation accurately
• Utilize Excel and Google Workspace tools for analysis and reporting

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a management role or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills .
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
• Strong time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
