GG Media is seeking a motivated and career-driven Management Trainee to join our Nashville team.

This position is designed for individuals who are interested in developing a strong foundation in business operations, team leadership, customer relations, and management. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced team members and leadership while gaining hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of the business.

Throughout the training process, you will learn how to manage priorities, support team performance, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and contribute to operational goals. As your skills develop, you will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and advance into leadership and management roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured management and leadership development program
• Learn and support daily business operations and organizational processes
• Assist with team coordination, performance goals, and operational priorities
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and team members
• Provide high-quality customer service and help resolve inquiries efficiently
• Support managers with planning, organization, and day-to-day team activities
• Develop leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Track progress toward individual and team performance objectives
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
