Responsibilities for this career include:
  • Qualifying prospects within the area and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals
  • Quickly moving prospects throughout the sales process by delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Recruiting and hiring for your team
  • Completing training for all new hires and continuous training for the sales staff
  • Providing coaching and accountability to the team as necessary
  • Engaging in one-on-one reviews with team members to maximize performance
  • Strategizing new training methods to be implemented
  • Collecting and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques

Qualifications for this position:
  • 18 years or older
  • Pass a background check (no felonies or pending charges)
  • Hold a valid Georgia driver's license
  • Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required; customer service experience is a plus
  • Extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring (as well as the commitment to continuous education throughout workshops, seminars, and conferences)
