
You’ll join Microsoft’s Public Sector sales organization in Czech & Slovakia at a pivotal moment — helping government and public institutions modernize how they serve citizens through cloud, data, and AI. You’ll lead a team that turns ambitious public-sector missions into measurable outcomes, partnering closely with Microsoft Czech & Slovakia’s leadership to shape strategy for one of our most important customer segments. As Sales Director – Public Sector, you will define and drive the go-to-market strategy for Microsoft’s public-sector business in Czechia, leading a team of sales professionals who build trusted relationships with government and public-institution customers. This opportunity will allow you to grow your strategic account-planning and executive relationship-building skills, deepen your expertise in AI-driven business transformation, and develop the next generation of sales talent on your team. This role is based in Prague with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home part of the week (3 days/week in-office).

Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Czechia is Kč 3,332,000.00 - Kč 6,700,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
