
The Management Reporting team is part of the Finance function and plays a key role in supporting senior management with timely, accurate and insightful management information. The team is responsible for converting complex financial and operational data into clear, reliable and value-adding reports that support strategic decision-making, performance monitoring and transparency.
The role operates in a dynamic and international environment, with close interaction with senior management, Finance, Risk, IT, Business lines and Group stakeholders. The team values ownership, analytical depth, continuous improvement and collaboration.
As a Management Reporting Professional, you will be responsible for the preparation, analysis and development of management reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into the bank’s financial and operational performance.
You will independently manage reporting processes, contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles and ensure that data is structured, reliable and fit for purpose. You will act as a key link between Finance, Business and IT, proactively identifying trends, explaining variances and continuously improving reporting quality and efficiency.
Prepare and deliver management reports (periodic and ad-hoc) for senior management and relevant committees
Support Regulatory reporting and Financial Planning teams in Structuring and automating reporting processes
Analyse financial results
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Design, develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools
Structure, transform and model data to ensure it is suitable for reporting and dashboarding purposes
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reconciliation across different systems and reporting sources
Write, optimize and maintain MS SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform and analyse data
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements and reporting standardization
Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, IT and Business stakeholders
Respond to senior management requests with clear, well-structured analyses and presentations
We are looking for an experienced, analytical and detail-oriented Management Reporting Professional who is comfortable working with complex data and delivering high-quality insights to senior stakeholders. You take ownership of your responsibilities, can manage multiple priorities and proactively contribute to improving reporting processes and data quality.
Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in management reporting, financial controlling, FP&A, or similar analytical roles
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, challenge and clearly explain financial and management information
Proven experience in preparing reports and analyses for senior management
High level of accuracy, structure and attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables
Strong MS SQL skills with the ability to write, optimize and maintain SQL code
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI / dashboard tools, including:
End-to-end dashboard development
Structuring, transforming and modelling data to support reporting and visualization
Ownership of underlying data logic, not limited to visual design
Experience with data automation, reporting optimization and data quality improvement is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
Team player with the ability to work effectively across functions
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
