Job Description

Our ideal candidate leads with heart and purpose, owning the full cycle recruiting process by sourcing and building meaningful candidate pipelines, strategic sourcing, and pipeline management for key company positions while delivering a humancentered experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

This position is based in Columbus, OH or surrounding areas.

Job Duties:

  • Primary focus on full‑cycle recruitment for field management roles, with accountability for hiring outcomes and long‑term retention through strong, people‑focused talent decisions.
  • Exceed internal and external customer expectations by understanding, anticipating, and meeting their needs. Proactive communication while approaching the work with a customer-focused mindset.
  • High volume recruiting, within a multi-unit, field environment
  • Strong communication, speaking and influencing leadership with hiring decisions
  • Brand Ambassadorship at the forefront of everything you do to represent Learning Care.
  • A social media presence on LinkedIn, comfortable posting content and sharing out events
  • Full cycle recruiting for Director and Assistant Director level leaders for our learning centers.
  • Act as a strategic partner for field hiring managers.
  • Manage metrics expectation of time to fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Strong sourcing skills with an innovative approach to finding top talent and culture add
  • Identify alternate job boards, on-line tools, associations and other recruitment avenues to source appropriate candidates. Develop creative recruitment strategies for tough to fill markets/positions including cold calling, social media, networking and other proactive recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure that all required documentation is collected and noted in the ATS as well as collect and prepare any documentation required for licensing and LCG compliance purposes.
  • Attend career fairs, and college events as needed
  • Identify process improvements and make recommendations
  • Assists with other duties as directed by supervisor.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration strongly preferred but not required. Some college required.
  • Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a multi-unit or high-volume recruiting is required (preferably hiring for leadership roles).

  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet goals
  • Must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, all essential functions of the job.
  • Knowledge of employment laws relate to hiring, staffing any HR.
  • Creative and able to put together a strategic plan to solve a challenging problem.
  • Able to multi-task, be attentive to detail and keep up with documentation requirements.
  • Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple customers.
  • Able to work with little direction and reprioritize as issues arise.
  • Strong executive presence

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
  • Base salary range: $70-85k
  • This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.

  • This position is eligible for paid time off. All Corporate employees are enrolled in our Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) plan.
