Our Coffi Lab managers are passionate about our values, our customers and developing their careers. As well as focusing on the day-to-day basics and managing the team, you will help to drive targets, maintain Coffi Lab standards and meet team goals. Early 2027 sees the opening of Coffi Lab number 14 in Cowbridge. We are very excited to explore this area and become an important part of the community. We are looking to recruit a full team, so have lots of opportunities available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Managers run high volume & fast-paced stores in line with Coffi Lab standards. This includes:

• Taking responsibility for opening and closing your store as required.
• Leading by example to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Following all operational processes, keeping all relevant documentation up to date.
• Delivering ongoing training & development to team members as needed.

• Experience within a high-volume retail, hospitality or restaurant environment is desirable but not essential.
• Dependable team player.
• Leadership ability.

• Friendly, approachable and fun attitude to work.

Full time contract is 40hrs, worked any 5 days from the 7.
