Fuse Advisors is seeking a proactive and collaborative Management Operating Systems (MOS) Coach to join our growing team. Reporting to the Manager, Management Operating Systems, the MOS Coach will work directly with clients to implement, sustain, and continuously improve their Management Operating Systems.

This role is ideal for a hands-on operational professional with 7+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or frontline leadership. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, a passion for coaching and capability-building, and an ability to drive behavioral change on the ground.

This is position would require a 2-week on 2-week off rotation to site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and embedding of Management Operating Systems within client organizations.
  • Deliver coaching, training, and facilitation to frontline supervisors, middle management, and cross-functional teams to build sustainable MOS practices.
  • Observe day-to-day operations to identify gaps, opportunities, and barriers to system adoption and performance improvement.
  • Help develop and implement standardized tools, routines, reports, and visual management practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client teams, supporting leadership behaviors that drive accountability, engagement, and results.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to both client teams and internal Fuse Advisors project leads.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the Fuse Advisors MOS practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 7+ years of operational or continuous improvement experience in industries such as mining, civil, energy, or other heavy industries. Must have experience within the mining sector.
  • Practical experience with Management Operating Systems, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar operational improvement frameworks.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and influence positive change.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to spend time in operational environments (both virtually and on-site as required).
  • Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented with a focus on building client capability.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada and located within the country.
