At the heart of Euroclear's success, the Legal, Governance & Regulatory (LG&R) Division helps transform complexity into clarity. By combining legal expertise, strong governance practices, and regulatory insight, LG&R empowers the organisation to make informed decisions, navigate change with confidence, and build a resilient, sustainable future for all stakeholders.
In this role you will act as a data and transformation analyst for the Legal, Governance and Regulatory Division, translating business needs into practical, scalable and well-controlled solutions.
Working across Corporate Governance, Legal and Regulatory Relationship activities, you will analyse and simplify processes, improve the quality and use of data, and support the implementation of automation and AI-enabled solutions. Your work will contribute to stronger governance reporting, more informed decision-making and greater operational efficiency.
You will manage initiatives across the full delivery lifecycle—from identifying business needs and defining requirements to coordinating solution design, testing, implementation and adoption. In doing so, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, subject-matter experts, technology teams and external providers, while ensuring that risks, controls, dependencies and expected benefits are clearly understood and managed.
