Job Description

• Salary : $3200 - $3500
• Reporting to 2 directors, 60 headcount
• Official working hours: 9am-6pm
• Working Location: 50 Gambas Cres, Singapore 757022
• Performance Bonus: $250 incentive, $500 bonus
• Medical benefits and insurance coverage by company

Job Scope:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Address customer feedback and requests efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Prepare, manage, and process invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain and organize customer contact information and sales data systematically.
• Support pest control technicians with administrative tasks, including documentation of service details.
• Help maintain up-to-date safety records and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Perform daily administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Business Services, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in office administration or customer service is an added advantage.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
