We’recurrently looking foran Associate Directorto join our ConsultingteaminPōneke Wellington

This role willbe responsible forall aspects of project delivery for our clientsand will regularly engage with clients to assess their needs and provide dynamic solutions.

You will take the role on engagements - leading project teams to ensure the best possible results forclients and act as a leader and a mentor for your project team;advisingthem through ambiguity, conducting on the job training, overseeing work onengagementand providing feedback/ performance reviews where necessary

Providestate of the artsolutions to complex problems by familiarising yourself with the client's business model, as well as the industry in which theyoperatewhilst building internal and external relationships toestablishyour network, fortify your knowledge of relevant industries and best practice, and align people to tangible goals to set direction and targets for your Business Unit.

Ngāpūkengakeiakoe Skills and experience

  • Experience working with clients to establish requirements, deliver outcomes, and drive the design, delivery and execution of potentially complex projects

  • Providing specialist technical expertise in customer projects, this may require working on-site as part of a project team

  • Taking a proactive role to simplify, streamline and automate PwC technical operations to drive improved efficiency and productivity

  • A sound knowledge of business concepts, and a desire to further develop a career in this field

  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral

  • Comfortable presenting complex issues and recommendations in a focused manner

  • Commercially curious
