Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work you'll do

As a Project Consultant, on the Government & Public Services Strategy team, you will be responsible but not limited to the following:

• Support planning, procurement, execution, and documentation of conferences, workshops, and specialized training.
• Organize meetings, arrange facilities, prepare flyers, announcements, meeting minutes, presentations, and technical reports.
• Serve as a technical representative at committees and seminars as requested.
• Conduct training surveys and assist with travel and timekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Must be able to work onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico
• Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• Prior consulting experience
• Experience supporting government clients or working in regulated/public sector environments
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Jira
