Our growing Strategy & Performance team unites deep strategic insight with hands-on M&A deal execution. We advise senior executives and investors on their most critical challenges – from corporate strategy and operating model design to M&A strategy, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
The team consists of ~80 consultants based in Copenhagen and Aarhus, working in diverse teams with an entrepreneurial spirit, backed by Deloitte’s global network and deep subject-matter expertise.
As a Management Consultant in Strategy & Performance, you will work on high-impact strategy projects in collaboration with senior stakeholders to design and implement strategies that drive growth, enable transformation, and unlock deal value.

We are searching for candidates with a master’s degree within the fields of Finance, Economic, Business, Engineering, IT & data or similar areas. Most importantly, we are interested in your analytical skills and your eagerness to learn combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality.
