I am currently working with a leading financial services management consulting firm in carve out of a newly formed strategy dedicated team.
With a unique position on servicing financial institutions, they are tiered and compared with the likes of Mckinsey, BCG, Bain & Co, whilst operating in a more boutique approach that is not limited by corporate standardisation that fits all industries.
With an exciting leadership team in Asia, 2021 is a year of aggressive growth given the momentum that they built in 2020.
To be considered for the strategy team, you have to be able to demonstrate the ability to generate creative and innovative solutions that is problem focused and a strategic planning ability to have the solution executed. To make your positioning for the role even more favorable, you have to be able to demonstrate your interest to work within management consulting (and if you have direct consultling experience then that's even better)
In return, you'll be working on some of the most meaty projects in Asia, as well as the opportunity to spring board your career within management consulting as this firm is known to nurture future leaders.
