  • Develop recommendations and initiate action from these to drive change
  • Show willingness to step outside of comfort zone and take on new challenges
  • Master VRM and business case development across a variety of subject areas
  • Construct simple, complete, compelling business cases to support recommendations
  • Master facilitation and meeting skills, both on the client site as well as internally within your project groups
  • Develop an understanding of different decision-making styles and what drives decisions being made from client to client
  • Master basic design thinking and prototyping skills in order to incorporate design thinking into client work
  • Lead discussions with clients at peer or team lead level
