Anderson MacGyver is a management consulting firm operating at the intersection of business and IT. From our offices in the Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden, we advise executives and senior management on: 

• Designing and executing digital strategies
• Building high-performing business and technology organisations
• Selecting and implementing smart data and technology solutions tailored to their objectives

The Anderson MacGyver team, roughly 50 people in the Netherlands, is a close team with both senior and many young professionals. We are pragmatic, authentic, and passionate about what we do. What Will You Do? 

As a Medior Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful advice

• Carry responsibility for a part of the end report on one or more assignments
• Proactively advise our clients on their digital transformation 
• Facilitate interviews and workshops for our clients 
• Build relationships with your client and relevant stakeholders
• Understand and apply Anderson MacGyver’s proven methods and models
• Contribute actively to the development of Anderson MacGyver’s models and approaches
• Spot opportunities and proactively help in writing proposals 

Your impact

• Master's degree and / or with extensive relevant work experience in Business, Technology, and/or Data
• 3 plus years of provable and relevant experience in a consulting or in-house environment
• Deep insights on the cohesion among Business, Technology, and Data
• Strategical thinker with an analytical mindset
• Ambition, strong consulting skills, enthusiasm, and a high sense of responsibility
• Independent and proactive
• The ability to quickly switch between strategic, tactical and operational levels
• Bringing your own active network is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Dutch
