Your role

As a consultant at Customer Experience Transformation team at frog, a part of Capgemini Invent, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams to solve real business challenges for leading organizations. You’ll be a part of a collaborative and vibrant community where design, data and business insight come together to reimagine customer experiences and drive lasting transformation.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Helping develop strategies, design new business models, and implement solutions that deliver measurable impact and long-term growth.
• Working at the intersection for creativity, strategy and technology, you’ll bring bold ideas to life – from concept to execution.

Your profile

• Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results.
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated, with 0-1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
• Skills and mindset: You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow - both independently and as part of a team.
• Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are considered valuable assets.

Need to know

Start date and location - You’ll join our Stockholm office during the fall of 2026 with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
