Your role

As a management consultant within Data & Analytics, you’ll play a key role in multidisciplinary teams partnering with leading organizations to transform data into strategic value.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Helping clients make smarter decisions and gain real-time, actionable insights by harnessing the power of advanced analytics, AI and intelligent automation.
• Co-creating innovative solutions and reshape business models, unlock new growth opportunities, and deliver measurable impact across industries and geographies.

Your profile

• Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results in fields such as Engineering, Business, Economics in combination with Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar. Ideally, you combine this with hands-on experience from internships, projects, or extracurricular activities.
• Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated, with 0-1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
• Skills and mindset: You’re analytical, curious, and passionate about data-driven innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments, learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex challenges, both independently and in teams.
• Language skills: You have fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are considered valuable assets.

Next steps

Start date and location - You’ll join our Gothenburg office during the fall of 2026 with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.
