Make an impact at the University of Wollongong (UOW) — a purpose driven institution ranked in the top 1% of universities globally.
Join one of Australia’s leading modern universities as a Management Cadet. UOW’s Management Cadetship is a four-year program designed for Year 12 school leavers to launch their career while completing a university degree.
About the Role
Cadets gain valuable, real-world experience by rotating through a range of areas across the University over the four-year program, including (but not limited to) People and Culture, Strategy, Student Services and Governance.
Alongside their work, cadets complete a relevant undergraduate degree in areas such as Business, Communication & Media Studies, Computer Science, Economics & Finance, International Studies, Information Technology or Mathematics. Other study areas may be considered where they align with the cadetship placements.
In the final 12 months, cadets undertake a specialised placement linked to their degree, supporting a smooth transition into a professional role in their chosen field.
