The Management Associate programme is a two-year structured programme designed to identify and grow the future leaders of The Lo & Behold Group and provide an accelerated career trajectory within the group.
You will be part of a comprehensive 12-month TLBG Leaders Training Programme covering a range of skills important to lead an effective team in a progressive workplace. Take a peek at the programme content here
You will also experience a structured rotation across various HQ departments and venues to gain well-rounded exposure to the various aspects of the business of hospitality and placemaking. During your rotation, you will directly support senior leaders to gain firsthand experience in key decision-making, process building, business development, and strategy.

We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who can think critically and problem-solve under high pressure and uncertainty. All Management Associates can expect to hold Assistant Manager or equivalent positions upon the successful completion of this programme.
