The Management Associate, Supply Chain Management is an entry-level opportunity within the DKSH Management Associate Program (MAP), designed to give fresh graduates a meaningful launchpad into the Market Expansion Services industry. Through this 12-month structured program, associates gain hands-on exposure across key logistics and supply chain functions, interact directly with Supply Chain business unit leadership, and develop the operational and strategic skills needed to build a career in Supply Chain Management.
Rotate across key supply chain functions including Warehousing, Transport & Distribution, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics Solutions to build a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and logistics fundamentals.
Develop broad knowledge of supply chain networks, distribution channels, and how optimization strategies are developed to address operational efficiencies and customer service trends.
Contribute to challenging business projects that support cost reduction, operational excellence, and overall supply chain performance.
Generate data-driven insights and analytical outputs, including graphical representations and performance dashboards, to support operational decision-making and presentations.
Engage actively with cross-functional teams and Supply Chain leadership to broaden industry acumen and accelerate professional development.
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent field.
Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.50 and above, or Second Class Upper equivalent.
Fresh graduate or candidate with less than two years of working experience.
Strong leadership qualities supported by a varied portfolio of extra-curricular activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel (inclusive of Pivot Tables and V-lookups), Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive operational implications, and present findings clearly.
High attention to detail and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Availability to commence the program on 1 October 2026.
