Job Description

Aufgaben

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position unterstützen Sie unseren Global Head of Customer Services in allen inhaltlichen als auch organisatorischen Aufgabenstellungen.

  • Korrespondenz bzw. Kommunikationsschnittstelle (intern und extern)
  • Terminplanung, -koordination und -überwachung sowie Organisation von Besprechungen und Dienstreisen (inkl. Abrechnungen)
  • Ansprechpartner für diverseste Anfragen - bereichsübergreifend
  • Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen
  • Zyklische Erstellung von Reportings und Auswertungen mit unterschiedlichen Tools (Excel, Salesforce, CSS-Portal,..)
  • Verfassung von Meetingprotokollen in Deutsch und Englisch und monitoren von Tasks
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Dokumenten (Newsletter,...)
  • Organisation von internen Events (Workshops und Tagungen)

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännisch/wirtschaftliche/technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich (internationales Umfeld)
  • Ausgezeichneter Umgang mit MS-Office (insb. PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz, Flexibilität und rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger, proaktiver, strukturierter und exakter Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässiger und belastbarer Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Organisationsstärke und hohem Servicegedanken

Möglicher Eintrittstermin: ab sofort

Wir bieten für diese Position ein monatliches Mindest-Bruttoeinstiegsgehalt von €3.520,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird aufgrund von Vordienstzeiten, Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und dem Kollektivvertrag berechnet.
