La persona de Management Team Support proporciona soporte administrativo y organizativo a Dirección, gestionando reuniones y salas, documentación, atendiendo visitas, recepcionando llamadas, organizando viajes y realizando otras tareas necesarias para contribuir al buen funcionamiento de la actividad diaria y al seguimiento eficaz de las acciones e iniciativas de la organización
Coordinación de reuniones a través de Outlook.
Envío de convocatorias y recordatorios de reuniones.
Elaboración de documentación solicitada por la Dirección de Planta.
Creación y seguimiento de solicitudes internas.
Recepción y atención de visitas.
Gestión de los equipos de protección individual (EPIs) necesarios para las visitas.
Preparación y coordinación de todos los aspectos relacionados con las visitas a planta.
Solicitud de tarjetas de visita a través de la plataforma corporativa.
Revisión y validación de las facturas correspondientes.
Organización de viajes para personal de la organización.
Activación de servicios de roaming cuando sea necesario.
Seguimiento de viajes y revisión de facturas asociadas.
Gestión y aprobación de solicitudes de viaje.
Organización y envío de registros a Atecna.
Archivo de la documentación correspondiente.
