• Erledigung von Korrespondenz/e-mail
• Flug- und Hotelbuchungen inklusive Reisekostenabrechnung
• Organisation von Veranstaltungen
Ihr Profil
• Erfahrungen im Sekretariatsbereich
• Kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Selbstverständlicher Umgang mit Exel und Zahlen
• Freude am selbständigen und exakten Arbeiten
• Organisationstalent
• Sicher in der Kommunikation intern und extern
• Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, Deutsch min. C1
• Sicher im Umgang mit Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
