Management Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Management Assistant to support a multidisciplinary team within a regulatory and administrative environment. This role combines executive support, document management, correspondence handling, meeting coordination, and administrative follow-up while acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Review, proofread, and finalize letters, reports, presentations, and official documents.
Manage correspondence and email communications, including registration, distribution, follow-up, and filing.
Maintain and update case files and administrative records.
Organize internal and external meetings, appointments, and occasional business travel.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to a multidisciplinary team.
Coordinate and maintain departmental procedures and documentation.
Handle occasional telephone inquiries in a professional manner.
Contribute to team collaboration and support process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Management Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Team Assistant.
Experience in a legal, regulatory, or professional services environment is an advantage.

Ability to work with internal systems and quickly learn new tools.
