Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Management Assistant for a consultancy mission at a client site. The client is focused on ensuring fair treatment of financial consumers and promoting proper financial services.

Role Description:

As a Management Assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing essential support to the auditors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and finalizing letters, reports, and notes.
• Managing correspondence and email traffic (inventory, dispatching, follow-up, and classification) and assisting with other administrative tasks.
• Occasionally handling phone calls.
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date files.
• Organizing internal and external meetings and occasional travel.
• Supporting the multidisciplinary team by brainstorming and seeking solutions.
• Collaborating with your secretarial colleagues on procedures that you will meticulously maintain.
• Contributing creatively to strengthen team dynamics.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in office management or an equivalent qualification (must-have).
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Management or Team Assistant, preferably in a legal environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and French, with practical knowledge of English.
• Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Quick adaptability to proprietary systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and OneNote is a plus.
• A critical mindset and stress resilience.
• Excellent communication skills and a mature attitude.
• A positive mindset and social demeanor are highly valued.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly changing environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication with colleagues.
• Flexibility/agility in shifting between tasks.
• A keen eye for detail.
