The City of Norfolk's Department of Utilities is currently seeking a Management Analyst II within our Management Services Division. The Management Analyst II will serve as the department’s liaison with the Human Resources Department and coordinate and assist in administration of departmental programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, employee relations, compensation and disability management.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
Work requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Three years experience in data analysis or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Work Hours: Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Work Location: 500 E. Main St. 7th Floor
This position is designated as an Essential position which means you may be required to work extended, rotating, after hours, nights and/or weekends in response to emergencies and severe weather.
