The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management Analyst II to join our team!The Management Analyst II provides mid-level analytical and advisory support to improve organizational efficiency, program effectiveness, and operational performance. This role involves conducting detailed organizational studies, evaluating business processes, and recommending improvements to management systems and procedures. The Management Analyst II works with management and program teams to analyze operations, streamline workflows, and develop documentation that supports effective decision-making and standardized practices.

Key Responsibilities:· Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.· Analyze management processes, business workflows, and administrative procedures to recommend practical and efficient solutions.· Assist in the design and implementation of improved systems, policies, and procedures.· Perform work simplification and measurement studies to improve productivity and resource allocation.· Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and program data to support management decision-making.· Prepare detailed reports, findings, and recommendations for management review.· Develop and maintain operations and procedures manuals to support standardized organizational practices.· Support program analysis and evaluation activities to ensure programs meet organizational objectives.· Coordinate with managers, program leads, and stakeholders to implement recommended process improvements· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide recommendations for further improvements.

Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.· 3–5 years of experience in organizational analysis, program evaluation, management consulting, or a related field.· Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.· Experience analyzing organizational processes and developing improvement recommendations.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Ability to prepare technical reports, documentation, and operational manuals.· Proficiency in standard business and analytical tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
