We are seeking to hire candidates for our Management Analyst (5028) - Chief of Staff's Office.

Salary Range: $82,342.00-$102,908.00

OVERALL DESCRIPTION

The Management Analyst in the Chief of Staff’s Office provides high-level data analysis, administrative support, and performance reporting to executive leadership. This role focuses on developing data dashboards, preparing executive presentations, managing confidential personnel data, and streamlining interdepartmental operations to improve efficiency.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Analyzes and prepares reports containing confidential information such as personnel actions and organizational changes. Acts as the department administrator for SuccessFactors transactions.
  2. Responsible for the preparation of statistical/analytical reports, including dashboards using Power BI or Tableau as required by the Chief of Staff’s Office.
  3. Provides administrative services and support to all members of the Chief of Staff’s Office.
  4. Develops and prepares KPI presentations to executive staff.
  5. Researches and develops presentations for executive staff.
  6. Interfaces with other departments to communicate financial, statistical and/or operational requirements.
  7. Coordinates and monitors assigned multi-departmental meetings.
  8. Examines existing management methods and makes recommendations to improve work, simplify reporting procedures, and prepares dashboards analyzing key performance data.
  9. Complies with all Authority and departmental safety and security policies and procedures as well as all applicable job safety responsibilities. Reports any safety concerns, compromises or hazards affecting operations, the public self and/or other employees. Responsible for personal safety and is encouraged to promote the safety of others.
  10. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, or any related field, and five (5) years of experience of progressive responsibility involved in analytical responsibilities.
  • In lieu of the above requirements, a master’s degree will be considered as an acceptable equivalent for experience (i.e., one (1) year of formal master’s education equates to two years of related experience); however, the candidate must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience regardless of education.
  • Experience working with Tableau and/or Power BI visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be methodical, detail oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be well versed on all divisional administrative functions which include handling confidential matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills required.
  • Strong computer skills required. Must demonstrate proficiency with MS Office software applications including Access, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS/Financial management software preferred.
