What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Management Analyst to independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR). This is a full-time, on-site role in Bethesda, Maryland.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the NCI/CCR TIL Lab ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within a cGMP-regulated environment.
  • Coordinate and maintain document control systems, including SOPs, training records, batch records, calibration records, and regulatory documentation to ensure GMP compliance.
  • Serve as liaison across clinical, laboratory, regulatory, and cGMP teams to support communication, workflow coordination, and document management.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on program data; prepare reports, correspondence, audit documentation, FDA annual reports, and materials for site visits and reviews.
  • Manage document management systems, ensuring version control and accuracy of critical manufacturing and compliance documents.
  • Support audits (internal/external) by preparing, compiling, reviewing, and summarizing required documentation and findings.
  • Coordinate office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing records, and handling communications and correspondence.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory of time-sensitive materials and reagents, including ordering, tracking, vendor coordination, and ensuring availability for clinical production timelines.
  • Maintain and develop databases tracking training, SOPs, batch records, equipment maintenance, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate staff onboarding and training schedules to ensure all personnel meet regulatory and GMP requirements.
  • Support clinical and lab operations by coordinating production schedules, material availability, and time-sensitive processes related to cell therapy manufacturing.
  • Provide administrative support including document conversion, intranet updates, manuscript tracking, and executive-level correspondence review.


What You Will Need:

  • Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree PLUS TWO (2) years of specialized experience is equivalent to a Master’s.
  • A minimum of ONE (1) years of specialized experience supporting program or administrative functions.
  • Experience supporting administrative operations, documentation tracking, and coordination activities.
  • Experience working with scientific, clinical, or laboratory teams (e.g., TIL Lab environments).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD “public trust”; candidates must receive approved adjudication prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience supporting NIH, NCI, or other federal health research environments.
  • Familiarity with cGMP compliance, regulatory documentation, and clinical or laboratory operations.
  • Experience supporting audits, FDA documentation, or regulatory submissions.
  • Knowledge of document management systems and database tracking for compliance-driven environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $56,000.00-$94,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
