Job Description

Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a versatile Management Analyst to manage multiple initiatives and lead project management and project control/planning activities across various business process modeling and information modeling projects. This role may also include overseeing and managing strategic planning and multi-year programming, coordinating the activities related to capability management boards, ensuring effective communication and alignment of strategic goals, and providing comprehensive project management support. The Management Analyst will work closely with leadership, board leads, and other stakeholders to drive the successful execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage program management tasks, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables for strategic planning and MYP.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, briefings, and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure alignment of IT strategy with directives through comprehensive reporting and analysis.
  • Support the development and management of business cases, multi-year programming, and investment monitoring.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide regular updates on task progress, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Maintain and manage documentation, critical artifacts, and project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably project management experience within the healthcare or government sector.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and multi-year programming processes
