  Lead plant budgeting and rolling forecasts, including developing assumptions, regular updates, and variance analysis.

  Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing costs, OPEX, CAPEX, and overall plant performance.
• 
  Monitor and manage OPEX and CAPEX through budget tracking, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
• 
  Evaluate capital expenditure proposals through pre- and post-investment analysis, including ROI and payback assessments.
• 
  Establish, track, and report key plant KPIs related to cost, efficiency, productivity, and inventory performance.
• 
  Drive and monitor cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives, validating and reporting financial impact.
• 
  Support costing and inventory analysis through detailed data review, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• 
  Review intercompany pricing and cost structures to ensure alignment with internal policies and cost base.
• 
  Act as a finance business partner to plant operations, providing insights and constructively challenging assumptions.
• 
  Lead the development and enhancement of operational Power BI dashboards.
• 
  Collaborate with Accounts and Operations teams to monitor operational insurance coverage, including new CAPEX investments, plant modifications, and major projects.
• 
  Coordinate and manage quarterly stocktake exercises for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods (FG), including reconciliation and variance analysis.
• 
  The role will also initially oversee indirect tax governance matters, including excise duty, sugar tax, and import duty reviews.
• 
  Provide analytical support to café operations, including costing and bill of materials (BOM) review.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 
  Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, plant finance or manufacturing finance. Candidates with stronger experience in plant controlling may be considered for a Plant Controller title.
• 
  Experience in FMCG sector and/or listed company an advantage.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations, financial modelling) and Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• 
  Experience with ERP systems ()Y)PRO, )AP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• 
  Experience in tax (excise tax, import duty) is an advantage.
• 
  Proficient in English both verbally and in writing.
• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to partner with production and operation teams to influence decision-making
