Management Accountant
Parow Industria, Cape Town
Permanent | Full-Time | On-site
Total Cost to Company: R550,000 – R600,000 per annum

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its finance team in Parow Industria. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys strategic reporting, business partnering, budgeting, forecasting and driving financial performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• 
  Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• 
  Analyse cost structures and profitability across business units.
• 
  Partner with operational management to provide financial insights.
• 
  Manage manufacturing and production cost reporting.
• 
  Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved financial performance.
• 
  Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations.
• 
  Ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  BCom Honours Degree in Management Accounting or Finance.
• 
  CIMA or SAIPA qualification is advantageous.
• 
  2–4 years' experience in a Management Accounting role.
• 
  Strong understanding of tax compliance and statutory reporting.
• 
  Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modelling) and ERP systems experience.
• 
  Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• 
  Experience within manufacturing, logistics, retail, supply chain or project-based environments will be advantageous.

Package & Benefits

  Total Cost to Company: R550,000 – R600,000 per annum

  Performance bonus of up to 20% of annual package (performance-based and not guaranteed)
