The Management Accountant supports the organization’s financial planning and strategic decision-making by delivering accurate and insightful financial information. This role is responsible for preparing management accounts, monitoring financial performance, analysing variances, managing budgets and forecasts, and providing recommendations to improve financial efficiency. The Management Accountant works closely with operational managers and senior leadership to ensure financial data is aligned with business objectives and supports long-term growth.
