Job Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Management Accountant for a UK-based business operating remotely with South African talent. You'll be responsible for producing accurate management accounts, supporting budgeting cycles, and providing financial insight to help leaders make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
• Analyse variances between actuals and budget with clear written commentary
• Maintain and develop financial controls and reporting processes
• Partner with department heads to support cost management and planning

What You'll Need

• CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or studying towards)
• 4+ years of management accounting experience
• Advanced Excel and experience with accounting systems such as Xero or Sage
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• Reliable fibre internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R30,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
