This is an exciting, new position based on-site at the Winbro facility located in Dajia, Taichung City 437106.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Management Accountant to support the team in developing financial processes together with reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to develop their skills in management accounting, budgeting, and business partnering.
Role and responsibilities;
- Support the design and implementation of efficient, well-controlled accounts payable and receivable processes that can scale in line with expected business growth.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist with accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
- Support cash flow reporting and monitoring.
- Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Help improve financial processes and controls.
- Assist with audits and statutory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and insights.
Requirements
Skills & experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA or local equivalent) preferred.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft D365 ERP software.
