Job Description

About Us

Prodigi is the leading global print-on-demand platform, enabling businesses to quickly scale their operations through streamlined supply chains and maximised profits. Supported by a worldwide network of over 50 production facilities across 10 countries, including four in-house plants, we offer the tools to print any image on any product and ship anywhere.

Founded in 2014, Prodigi ranked 14th on the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 list of the UK’s fastest-growing companies. We pride ourselves on enabling client success through a relentless focus on innovation, quality, and service. Our finance team works remotely with weekly in-person meetings at our headquarters in Alton, Hampshire.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially focused Management Accountant with strong NetSuite experience to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented SME. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across both financial reporting and operational finance, driving process improvements and supporting business decision-making.

You will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting while improving systems, controls, and insight across the business.

Requirements

What you'll do

Bring the numbers to life

  • Produce monthly management accounts with variance analysis and clear, business-friendly commentary

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

  • Analyse cost and product data to inform investment decisions

Be a true business partner

  • Work alongside operational teams to provide financial insight that drives better decisions

  • Help leaders understand performance, opportunities, and risks

Own and improve our finance engine

  • Lead and refine the month-end close process

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations across AP, AR, inventory, and revenue recognition

  • Get the most out of our NetSuite ERP — reporting, dashboards, and smarter ways of working

  • Spot opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve

Keep the foundations strong

  • Safeguard data integrity and internal controls

  • Support year-end audit, statutory reporting, regulatory filings, and tax submissions

  • Research technical accounting matters and ensure we stay aligned with standards

  • Document business processes and accounting policies as we scale

  • Provide payroll reconciliation cover across our entities

Grow with us

  • Partner with the Head of Finance on financial risk management strategy

  • Help shape a finance function that's modern, insight-led, and respected across the business

What we're looking for

Your qualifications

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, or CIMA)

  • Around 5+ years in accounting and finance, ideally with at least 3 years in a management or financial accountant role

Your experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (essential for this role)

  • A background in SMEs, where you've enjoyed broad, hands-on responsibilities and worn multiple hats

  • Exposure to e-commerce, dropshipping, manufacturing, or inventory-led businesses is a real bonus

  • Confident across financial operations — AP/AR, stock, and revenue flows

  • Experience supporting more than one entity

  • A solid grounding in accounting principles and preparing financial statements

Your toolkit

  • Strong Excel and Power Query skills, and confident across the wider Microsoft suite

  • System agnostic — happy picking up and switching between tools as needed

Your style

  • Analytical and detail-focused, but always with the bigger picture in mind

  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and energised by a fast-moving environment

  • A natural communicator who can translate finance for non-finance colleagues and build trusted partnerships across the business

Benefits

  • Competitive salary depending on experience.

  • 25 days’ leave plus one day off for your birthday. Option to purchase 10 extra days.

  • Flexible work hours and locations. Choice of working from home or the office.

  • Company pension (4% employer, 5% employee contribution). Healthcare cash plan.

  • Cycle to work scheme. Tech purchase program. Charity day each year.

  • Prodigy is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
