Management Accountant

(Based at Biyagama)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing Quarterly financial review reports to MAS pertaining projections.
• Develop/generate the following reports and update the MAS Hyperion systems in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing Annual Budget Report for the Cluster by liaising with departments and collecting data such as Sales, Capacity, Expenses, Manpower, Bank facilities.
• Verify/sign-off purchase orders after investigating reasons for requisitions to facilitate payment.
• Check/Authorize payments through Hexagon and E-Banking system.
• Verify/Sign-off gate passes after inquiring what materials, number of pieces.
• Extract required information for Monthly Financial Reviews and Key Performance Indicators from the Hyperion systems.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• ACMA or ACA or Degree in Finance Management with 3 years relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office package.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
