Job Description

Based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch), this new Management Accountant role offers the opportunity to work across the business, supporting decision-making and driving improvements.
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you’ll be a key link between our finance and operations teams at Citycare Property. This is a new role in the team due to growth in our business.

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga
• Comfortable working with large contracts and accounting systems
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system knowledge
• Prior Management Accounting experience
• The ability to interpret contract clauses from a financial perspective
• Professional integrity and the ability to build rapport across the business
• Relevant accounting qualifications
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Working collaboratively and supporting colleagues across the business
• Applying a sharp eye for detail and a knack for accuracy in your daily work
• Handling complexity and driving improvements in financial processes
• Occasional travel to sites across Aotearoa, depending on business needs
