Our client is a UK-based alternative lender offering flexible business loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Founded in 2014, it provides options like unsecured loans and revenue-based financing with customizable repayment terms. They're known for exceptional customer service and tailored loan solutions, helping businesses that may not qualify for traditional bank loans.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial and operational reports as required by management.
Handle VAT returns.
Oversee daily banking and payment processing.
Prepare weekly supplier payment runs.
Address ad-hoc requests from the Group Financial Controller.
What We're Looking For
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Bonus Points For
Experience in the financial services sector.
Familiarity with Xero and Sage 50 accounting software.
Relevant accounting qualifications.
