This is an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a family run, flexible and modern business based in Ramsbottom.

This role is ideal for a Part Qualified Accountant looking for their next career move into a busy, dynamic role within a highly regarded accountancy practice.

You must hold a full UK Driving license and have your own vehicle for this position.

£32,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)

Management Accountant Responsibilities:

  • Production of the monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts
  • Responsibility for the production of the quarterly VAT return
  • Supporting with Bookkeeping and Payroll duties when required
  • Preparation of draft budget and forecast data
  • Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy
  • Client meetings
  • An element of Bookkeeping duties

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • CIMA, ACA or ACCA Part Qualified / Qualified
  • Experience of management accounts production is essential
  • Knowledge of Cloud Based Accounting and XERO is desirable but not essential
  • Practice experience is desirerable
