About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for delivering professional accounting services to our Tasmanian Real Estate business.

Responsibilities

The position is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders including;

• Month end processing
• Managing commission payments to real estate staff
• Assisting with the annual budgeting process
• Trust account reconciliation
• Engaging with business leaders and providing expert advice on key business initiatives
• Provide back up support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or Accounting
• Previous experience in a similar role
• CA / CPA qualified or working towards completion
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
