JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

About This Role

Provide dedicated, end-to-end support for ManageEngine products—including Endpoint Central, OpManager (OPM), ADManager Plus (ADMP), ADSelfService Plus (ADSSP), ADAudit Plus (ADAP), Recovery Manager Plus (RMP), and all other related ManageEngine solutions—deployed within the JLL China IT environment. Ensure operational stability, seamless integration with JLL China’s existing IT ecosystem, effective knowledge transfer, and ongoing compliance with both JLL global IT standards and China-specific regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Configuration

  • Assess current JLL China endpoint and identity management tools; map capabilities to ManageEngine solutions per JLL global architecture guidelines.
  • Configure and maintain all ManageEngine products in alignment with JLL China’s security policies, network segmentation, and least-privilege access control standards.

Onsite & Operational Support

  • Conduct weekly system health checks and provide daily onsite or remote support for incidents and problems related to ManageEngine products.
  • Document all configuration changes, updates, and interventions in JLL’s official change management system.
  • Finalize and jointly own incident response playbooks with JLL IT China L2/L3 support teams.

Migration & Integration

  • Evaluate compatibility with JLL China’s Active Directory structure, SCCM (if in use), and local monitoring tools.
  • Design and obtain approval (from JLL China IT leadership) for a robust migration plan—including validated rollback procedures tested in staging.
  • Execute data migration under supervision of JLL China’s Data Governance protocols; validate outcomes daily with local administrators.
  • Confirm and sustain integrations with JLL China’s SIEM, backup systems, and service desk workflows (e.g., ServiceNow).

Knowledge Transfer & Documentation

  • Deliver role-based, hands-on training for JLL China administrators and helpdesk staff—covering administration, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Author, maintain, and regularly update all documentation (SOPs, runbooks, FAQs, training decks) in both English and Simplified Chinese, stored centrally in JLL’s designated knowledge repository.

Ongoing Support & Compliance

  • Continuously tune system performance against JLL China baselines; produce monthly optimization and health reports.
  • Provide 7×24 support for P1 incidents impacting JLL China operations, escalating to JLL APAC NOC as defined in runbooks.
  • Strictly adhere to JLL China data residency requirements, PIPL-compliant PII handling, and internal audit readiness standards.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, system implementation, or integration projects—with practical exposure to ManageEngine products (e.g., Endpoint Central, ADManager Plus, ADSelfService Plus).
  • Solid expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure: Windows and Linux system administration, TCP/IP networking, SQL/NoSQL databases, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and reporting).
  • Proven experience in system migration, cross-platform integration, and operational handover—including alignment with Active Directory environments, monitoring tools, and ITSM workflows.
  • Fluent in both English and Simplified Chinese, with strong technical writing, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
