As a Managed Services - SEC Perpetual Finance - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment and processing, implementing and monitoring quality controls, and resolving escalations and queries. Within our Assurance practice, you will be instrumental in helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality outcomes. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver services that meet client needs. Your ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

Develop a good understanding of real estate private equity funds’ operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems/applications and the reporting source data.

• Prepare and review customized Investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries.
• Provide Audit confirmation to auditors and handle auditor inquiries
• Perform Management Fee calculations/ Investor memo.
• Create and review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests.
• Perform IRR and Time Weighted Return and Leverage Ratio calculation for Real Estate funds.
• Handling LP Mailbox and investor queries on daily basis
• Onboarding Investors to a fund or Investment platform and manage/update salesforce for onboarding
• Handing ad-hoc requests.
• Participate in the process of documentation efforts and creation of SOPs.
• Responsible for the training of new and current Investor Reporting Specialists. 

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
