As a Managed Services - SEC Perpetual Finance - Associate 2, you will engage in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will execute processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation, contributing to the success of our clients' operations. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be driven by curiosity, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics, and using these experiences as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and enrichment
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction
- Managing customer data and confirming accuracy through data entry and quality assessment
- Conducting compliance reviews and audits to uphold regulatory standards
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents for accuracy and completeness

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
