  • Drive the implementation and optimization of managed services, leveraging your expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging your team to explore new technologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical practices.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate updates, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

Must-Have:

  • Proven leadership experience in a managed services environment, with a track record of driving successful projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • A customer-centric mindset, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term client relationships.

Nice-to-Have:

  • 9+ years of experience
  • A deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in managed services, staying updated on emerging technologies.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and navigating through challenges, with a problem-solving and analytical approach.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives and drive strategic initiatives.
