As a Managed Services - Corporate Accounting Associate you will support outsourced accounting processes, client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment, processing, quality controls, and escalation handling within our Managed Services practice. As an Associate you will learn from more experienced team members, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and build confidence by taking ownership of assigned work while developing your technical knowledge and commercial awareness. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to accounting operations for a range of clients, gather information from multiple sources, recognize patterns in data, ask questions to confirm understanding, and deliver work that supports team objectives and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and process optimization
  • Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
  • Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client satisfaction
  • Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for process improvements
  • Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate solutions
  • Supporting Finance Team across a spectrum of functions including Accounting, Reporting and Legal entity controls.
  • Responsible for day-to-day activities of the APAC entities including conducting detailed review of deliverables.
  • Manage monthly/ quarterly close of deliverables.
  • Manage post-close deliverables including reconciliations, tax filings etc.

What You Must Have

  • CPA/CA/CA Inter/MBA Finance with 2-3 yrs experience in Accounting and Finance function at a multinational corporation
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
