The Opportunity
We’re seeking a capable Service Desk Engineer – Managed Services to support our diverse client base within a structured, SLA-driven environment.
In this role, you’ll confidently manage first-line and developing Level 2 technical issues across Microsoft environments while collaborating closely with senior engineers for escalation and guidance. You’ll contribute to proactive service delivery, strong documentation practices, and a positive customer experience.
This is a role for someone who is technically capable, operationally disciplined, and motivated to continue growing within managed services.
What You’ll Be Working On
You will deliver timely first and second-level support across Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and desktop environments while managing ticket queues to meet SLA and customer satisfaction targets. You will troubleshoot access, identity, endpoint, and standard network issues and escalate more complex infrastructure, Azure, or security-related matters appropriately.
The role also involves supporting preventative maintenance and patching activities, maintaining documentation aligned with ISO and compliance requirements, and contributing to knowledge sharing while supporting junior team members where appropriate.
A Bit About You
You’re comfortable working within an MSP environment and understand how structured service delivery supports customer outcomes. You manage competing priorities effectively, document your work thoroughly, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning.
